I was just reading a review of the the lastest Fast and Furious movie and the critic bemoans the lack of story/plot.

Okay...is it just me or are film critics just idiots?

NO ONE watches a F&F film for a plot. Heck...no one EXPECTS there to be one!

The film goer this is aimed at (a.k.a. the young and hung) wants only 4 things:

1) Hot Grease Jockies

2) Hotter Cars

3) Even HOTTER women

4) Lots of shite getting so hot it goes BOOM.


Plot would only get in the way of the BOOM.

Why is that so hard to remember? You'd think they taught this in Film 101.

Going out of town for a basketball tournie this weekend. My husband suggested I bring books ....and ear plugs....

... for the hotel. Seems it will be filled with 9/10 year old boys at the provincial play-offs and the way the hotel is built the rooms face an inside atrium with a pool.
